Yukino Hayashi

Born in Hiroshima, Japan, Yukino Hayashi started to study piano at the age of five.
She has won many prizes, including first prize at the Hummel International Piano Competition in Bratislava (2001), first prize at the Steinway International Piano Competition in Berlin (2007), second prize at the Osaka International Music Competition (2012), Grand-Prix at the Kitakyushu Art Festival (2015), among others.
She has performed in many places, including with Kraków State Philharmonic Orchestra in Kraków (2005), giving solo recitals in Fukuoka (2009 & 2017), appearing in Euro-Nippon Music Festival in Bordeaux (2015) and Silesia Philharmonic Concert Hall (2019). She graduated from Toho Gakuen College Music Department in Tokyo, Japan, and currently is studying at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland under Prof. Mateusz Borowiak and Prof. Maria Szwajger-Kułakowska.
